Milosh Boroyevich
Milosh Boroyevich co-founded Verticalis in 2006 as a strategic consulting and
technology solutions provider to mid-market and enterprise companies, with a
focus on business process automation and customer contact solutions. He was
appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer effective
January 2006.
From September 5, 2005 until his promotion, as part of the founding team,
Boroyevich was responsible for developing Verticalis' corporate vision and
strategy. He was also a key player in developing the Verticalis product and
services portfolio targeting small and medium-sized businesses by providing
"verticalised" services.
Prior to joining Verticalis, Boroyevich served as a senior technical
manager with Verizon Communications, a globally recognized leader in the field
of telecommunications. During his tenure with Verizon (formerly GTE),
Boroyevich delivered numerous high-impact technology solutions, including:
(i) automation and data integrity solutions in support of the FCC-mandated
Open Market Transition (OMT) and Local Number Portability (LNP); (ii) Verizon's
first Internet-based revenue-generating application; (iii) the first nationwide
suite of applications deployed to all 200+ Verizon Call Centers supporting a
user base of over 25,000 agents. He has also been a contributor to technology
start-ups in the Dallas area.
Boroyevich has over a decade of experience managing software technology
teams to deliver web-enabled, multi-modal customer contact technologies and
distributed enterprise systems. He is a graduate of Cornell University,
possessing both Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in
Computer Science with a minor in Government and Political Science.
