Verticalis Savings Plan
The Verticalis Savings Plan administered by Fidelity Investments is a defined
contribution SIMPLE IRA with 1-to-1 employer matching of the first 3% of
employee contributions to the plan. All contributions (employee and employer)
are vested immediately. All employees are eligible to participate in the
Verticalis Savings Plan.
Verticalis Health Plan
Verticalis does not provide group health insurance. The Verticalis Health
Plan is an employer contribution (up to the Federal maximum — $3050 per
individual for 2010) to the employee's individual HSA (Health Savings Account)
for those employees covered by a qualifying HDHP (High-Deductible Health Plan).
